    Heritage application denied?
I'm trying to sign up for Heritage sports from New Jersey. I called them and provided my referenced number and the guy on the phone told me my application was denied and seemed impatient to end the call. He would not provide any information on why I was being denied either.

Does anyone know what the deal is with this? I have no history with other offshores besides Bookmaker (lost 4k there and never played again), wasn't using a VPN, and wasn't providing any bogus info. Why would a sportsbook want to turn down customers?

Maybe they aren't taking any new sign ups? It could be because where you live, but I doubt it. Also there Customer Service is terrible.

No new accounts from New Jersey for many books including Heritage. With the legal books operating, they do not want to attract the attention of regulators. New Jersey has promised to be aggressive in the enforcement of unlicensed bookmaking. Not sure if that applies to Paulie Walnuts.

I think it is because some state laws focus on unlicensed books advertizing services in the state. No fines for allowing state residents to use your non licensed services if they choose to on their own.

Today I got shunned by Betnow.eu & I’m from Florida a state where it is not legal to bet on sports.

So I can sign up in another state, go to Jersey and place bets there, and they're fine with that?

That'll be another Pandora's Box. Please take and upload both selfie & a whole body picture in front of your State Capitol Monument while simultaneously holding that State's ID, local utility bill, and a local newspaper showing today's date.

This was discussed a bit on BMR a few months ago.

I don't think it has to do with certain states.

They said the application didn't pass security, whatever that means?

Heritage won't reveal their reasons so it's just a guessing game I guess.

Maybe they are going back to being a 'by invitation only' book?

Actually it’s pretty simple YES you can live anywhere, just need to be in that state to bet and have a LISCENSE or Passport. It will get tricky if you don’t have a solid address tho because some you won’t pass their verification to open an account. If you have TIME you can literally freeroll yourself to 20k and then bring others along for the ride😉
