bookmaker.eu live betting - wrong line (reversed), any recourse?

Started using bookmaker.eu again, looking for some advice.


Being careless, I bet on Dallas Wings here (WNBA live game): https://i.imgur.com/3zXBQsa.png. However bookmaker.eu had the lines reversed, and the actual correct odds should be this: https://i.imgur.com/YCzbMRd.png. Basically I have an unthinkably -EV bet and EV here is probably like -$3/4k. Yes, if I took the other side I would have a super +EV position but I wasn't paying attention. Do I have any recourse here? This is what live chat said:

I just have a feeling they would cancel this wager if I took the +EV line.. maybe idk

Sorry you got freerolled. All wagers are final, unless they post a bad line, then they are able to void a bet. I bet they voided every bet on the Sun at that moment.

Normally they won't cancel anything until after decided. But check your PM Inbox.
