    sportsbetting.ag has stolen my winnings
I placed two live wagers at a fair price with a tied score only to later have sportsbetting.ag cancel my wagers after my team went ahead by 3 runs and the wagers went decisively in my favor. They claim there was a "website error" and that the wagers shouldn't have been accepted (even though they were confirmed as accepted at a fair price). They refuse to pay me my rightful winnings of over $1,000 on these confirmed accepted wagers. Help! How do I get this company to do right be me and pay me my rightful winnings?

"My team has advised that the bet was made after the lines were taken down."
"We do apologize as the lines were up longer than were supposed to be"

I can provide more details as to the timing of the accepted wagers as well if that is helpful. I received confirmation of accepted wagers when the score was tied. The wagers were canceled after the score went to 5-2 and then I was given the explanation quoted above.

Sounds like you were talking to a newbie live CS person. Should have asked how you bet if the lines were taken down at the time! lol

This happens quite often (too often) on live betting platforms. Many of them compare a timestamped incident feed against bet times and retrospectively void past post betting.

You are unlikely to be able to get this reversed, but I would suggest using email instead of live chat and starting out saying "Would you please escalate this complaint to a senior manager". Then explain that this has never happened to you before and that you feel like you placed a bet in good faith and it should be honored. (use the words good faith)

There is some chance a manager will say they are showing goodwill this time and explain how it will work for the future.

Yeah I already escalated through email and they told me their decision is final. Their terms state there is a third party adjudication process. They gave me an email address of "adjudication@sportsbookreview.com". I tried emailing that address a few times to start the adjudication process but it appears to be a bogus address. Does this web site provide any sort of adjudication service or are they just giving me the run-around?

We ceased doing anything official with offshore books when ownership changed last year. So yes, that email address is dead now.

If they are thinking along those lines the decision probably really is final though. They don't send you to us unless they are pretty certain they are have the legal high ground.
