BetOnline Not paying deposits

Made my deposit almost a day ago.. XRP, was confirmed right away, they are saying "The department is just requesting for you to submit the confirmation from your wallet." I sent them the transaction page and it shows its confirmed and they will not release funds to me... This is for a DEPOSIT, not a withdraw. Craziest crap ive ever dealt with, wont play/bet here anymore.

So finally a customer rep is being honest with me. I paid with Xrp, their processor isn’t paying them, so they aren’t crediting my account. This should be a them problem and not a me problem and this should be a huge warning to not play with them.

Definitely will, and agreed.. if you can’t accept the crypto I could’ve paid the fees to sell and buy bitcoin. I did Xrp because I figured it would be quicker, jokes on me

Why isn’t the processor paying them? I checked and their cashier still accepts XRP for $100,000 deposits. Hell, they say they’ll take Ape coin. Books should be begging players to use almost any crypto besides bitcoin. I’ve been using litecoin recently because of the bitcoin backlog and it is so much cheaper and faster than bitcoin. .01 transaction fee and confirms basically instantly.

They need to credit your account. not your fault that their processor is behaving that way, that is between those two parties as you can’t get your cash back correct?

So yesterday they were saying this could take up to 24 hours to resolve, now they’re saying up to 48 hours. This is their response

”We are still waiting a response from the processor, remember once we have a resolution you will be contacted via email Ryan”

Yeah its fairly doutbful but sure.. i bought it on crypto.com, moved it to kucoin then to betonline.. and theyre giving me different stories every time i contact. one said processor isnt sending to them, last one just told me its a glitch in the system. either way just giving me a run around. cant wait til maryland just lets draft kings and fanduel online
