I believe the offer was if the horse finished 2nd or 3rd. I remember reading the terms and deciding against it as it was a free play with rollover and not cash back offer like horse betting sites do.

Not implying you did anything wrong, but I just screenshot everything at this point. Every bet, every offer, every btc address. It's tough for them to argue with screenshots. I do this for every book.

what is most concerning is the complete denial of Betus.com of even having the promotion. if their not honest about having a promotion for $200 how can you trust them with a balance of any amount?

I've had $30k+ with them several times this year. They pay same day, within a few hours up to $5k. No issues whatsoever.

Did your horse even finish 2nd or 3rd? If not, you're crying over nothing anyways. That's what the promotion said.

I've also had some big balances there in the last 6 months and they paid me with no problem at all. 5k a day like clockwork.
That being said, I have had them do some shady stuff when it comes to bonus offers.
