anyone having problems with fanduel clearing wagers?

i have 2 wagers frozen. the scores disappeared, but they haven't moved from active to settled. one was finished almost 90 minutes ago. i've been checking live chat for about an hour, but it keeps saying no agents available. starting to get a little pissed.

took over 2 hours to clear the original ones. now i have another wager at 90+ minutes again. live chat still unavailable for atleast 6 hours. crazy.

All U.S books are garbage and have no customer service. I sent an email to one and they responded 2 weeks later. No reason to play at these.
