    Mybookie screwing over my mom
    Hey guys i just created an account here and am posting this because I dont know what to do!?

    Basically in short I referred my 60 year old mother to mybookie.ag to play roulette. I had been using them with no issues for 6 months!

    Well fast forward a week and after she deposited 50.00 she hit a green 0 and got her account to 487.00.

    Upon that happening she got the dreaded verification required email or your account is disabled.

    So she sent ID front and back, her phone bill, and photos of her holding her id by her face. After about 5 days we got an email back that the photos were not clear enough.

    Well after resenting the new clear photos we waited another week. Finally we emailed them again asking for an update. They replied they recieved docs and will be letting us know in 24- 72 hours and have thus resolved.

    Well it has now been over 3 weeks and we have no updates. We continue to email them for their response to now be there is NO Timeframe for me and they will let me know

    How unprofessional can you be? I feel lik they are intentionally trying to not pay my mom what they owe her. We can attach all the emails backing this completely

    Sure its only 487.00 but thats alot of money to some of us. Also we more want to let you guys know this is how they are doing business as of 2022.
