    Why do they consistently claim no issues when slots malfunction.

    Anyone else had issues?

    I have had 2 issues with two different games. One games I could even play yesterday.

    Isn't there any accountability?

    Zero accountability. When u win, the slot malfunction. U lose everything is working properly.

      It's as if u are told to say and gives the response to everyone.

      It's really disturbing.

        It’s a canned response. They use copied and pasted dialogue with everyone. If you do it again in a couple of days, you’ll likely see the same response. They have an answer ready for all their site issues right at their fingertips. All prepared by professionals.

          Probably because they bought the source code from Real Time Gaming and were allowed to reprogram the casino software to their liking. No accountability because they own the software, I doubt they even have it audited but I don’t know nor do I play there. Even if you were able to go through Real Time Gaming, it would be to no avail, casino software providers almost always side with their client over the player, even when they know they’re wrong.

            So they posted that the took my slot game off the site and a couple others....and many are also under maintenance

            I have been with them a long time. They said sorry you don't get your amount back when the issues happen during those spins. They said the developer wants to discontinue the game.

            Their must be some accountability.

            This is crazy
