Just used them last night to scratch my blackjack itch since I was too tired to go to the casino. Won $500 at the live table, cashed out and they paid me out in 8 hours (to be fair, this was 1AM when I cashed out).

Since there are now 6 books in Illinois (and Circa coming in the fall), hard to justify using offshore primarily since I can usually find better odds at one of the legal books if I shop around and deposits/withdrawals are super easy compared to Bitcoin. That said, BOL serves a purpose, (Illinois collegiate bets, fixed odds with the big horse races) albeit a more limited one.
