doubt it, Heritage never calls me and I’ve been there at least 15 years. BAS calls me weekly and leaves a VM plus the email. No I’m not having issues logging in BAS, you’re not 5Dimes and never will be. I wonder if 5Dimes is still 5Dimes tbh, I can’t view their website anymore but they were on a steady decline after Tony’s demise. Most likely scenario is BAS is needing deposits badly, like the rest of offshore books.
