I had this same issue a few months ago. When I try to login I get the message "Your password has expired and must be changed". There is no instruction how to do so. I click the "forgot password" link and enter both my email addresses and do not receive an email on how to reset. Last time they said my email was the issue so I emailed them my two email addresses and phone number and still no response and nothing in my spam folders. I've had no email issues from any other source ever. Does anyone else have contact issues with this sportsbook? Can anyone provide me a link from anywhere on their site that shows their contact information? Does anyone have a phone number for them? Back in business, found the old email from back in September and the link to reset pw still worked. Thumbs down on the customer service, no contact info anywhere on their website.Comment -

Bet105 is minimalist support compared to Heritage. It can help to CC Heritage support when emailing them.Comment -
Same issue always a struggle to reset password with them. Even when they email the reset link it still doesn't work most of the time.Comment
