Very good question, wondered that myself since it is now owned by Caesars. Definitely had that reputation for winning bettors w large bankrolls.

For sure they limit. And also they have terrible bad odds.Even for top leagues.I was just there this weekend.Circa was way better than Ceasers/William Hill.
      Don't listen to shills.

In Illinois, Caesars/WillHill applies a lengthy delay on wager acceptance or denial.

Circa is great but their app sucks. Is it #1 because of limits?

It's amazing how Circa came and immediately became number #1 book in town so easily and how Westgate has drooped off a cliff after being the best for so long.

You can bet 5x the amount on overnight limits at Circa than you can at Westgate 30 minutes before game time on some stuff.

I can even get more down at Wynn than Westgate at some stuff which shows you how bad Westgate has gotten with their limit slashing on the app.

Westgate has fallen behind in a big way.

It's almost like after they lost their "best book in town" spot, their self esteem and worth just died.

                    And to the original question.

I was booted from William hill a few years back but had a Caesars account.

When they merged, my Caesars account was disabled and I was allowed to have a William Hill account again and also a Caesars by William Hill account as well.

Both are the same with same limits and lines.

I have not been limited at all since then, but every bet I make needs sent for approval, which is annoying, and makes it worthless to try betting 2h lines with the 30-60 second wait for approval when there are sometimes up to 20 games at half at once.
