Today I made several bets on the basketball match Macedonia-Latvia.This is on live bet and the console show result 28-15 for Macedonia.I bet 2nd quarter for Latvia,First HTfor them and to win the match,but at this time the result ws different and Macedonia lead by 20 pts.So i think now they should close my bet,but their Bulgarian side don't think so.So I wrote to English a web message and they ask my security code.Is this for good or not?And can they return my money

Now their live chat told me that live consoli is guide only,but it's strange.Next time they could give result 10-0 for the home team and the result to be 10-30 for away team.So I wrote some web messages to them that last month I bet near 5 500 euro (This sum for a client from Bulgaria is dream for them) and that I don't want this to be my last bet and to broke our relationships for 35 euros..Comment -

This is right all.You are right,but it's incorrect for them.They again tell me that this is guide only and i wrote to them:

Dear MM (this are my name initials as well), I logged once for free only to watch live Russian football match, otherwise I never had account there. I don't like appearance of their website, I had a similiar bet with Partybets (they are fair regarding bets, wire transfers, deposits, withdrawals and never encountered problem with it), the result was 1:1 on some soccer bet, I betted for X, 30 minutes before game end. On the screen of Partybets results always showed 1:1 and I thought I won, after realizing the bet is lost in the end, I checked third party website to see results for this game, and result was 4:1. Hmm, I also asked them if it's fair as if result during the time I placed my bet, already could be different from 1:1, they answered that data they provide is third party data that they subscribe and they only transmit what they receive, I believe that during I placed my bet the result was still 1:1 because of the bet's payout ratio was like 40%, if result during I placed my bet would be different, the bet for X would be much higher in % terms.
That's why it is very important to have account at one book and watch the results from additional 1-2 books to compare if all is real time.
Regarding scam I can add that in the online betting business it amounts to about 20-30% of all books, the thing is that not all players (the opposite) or in casino games win, so when you lose, you think all is fine, it is when you win something like 1000$ only then scam comes up, because most books are losing money and they are offshore, they know that if they steal your funds nothing you can do to them and offshore regulators get money from betting companies for license, so it is in their interest to cover up such fraud cases as they live from this license money. They will not fine the bookie or take it's license because of few thousands $$$, because the bookie will move to another offshore jurisdiction.Comment -

I think you are mistaken if you ask me, I never had account with bet365, only I registered on their website to watch one Russian football game. Regarding PartyBets if you ask if they returned money? No, they didn't and I couldn't agrue because the result when I placed bet was 1:1 what I understood from the bets size, even if on the screen results were not accurate, the bets were fair. All bookmakers have this problems sometimes with appearance of results or other game info (first to happen, yellow cards etc.), but the bets are always fair and accurate as this is run on the different software from the game results. Let's say result is Macedonia: Lithuania football 2:2 and there is 5 minutes before the game end, the bet on team 1 is 250%, team 2 is 280% and result X is 10%. Now result changed suddenly to 3:2 but on the screen you still see 2:2, then watch the bets, you will see how after short pause, the result X will change from 10% to 400%. The bookmaker didn't cheated in this case, because the bets stakes were reflecting already 3:2 it is only on the screen results remained the same 2:2
