These Online live casinos have multiple sites using the same service. I was wondering if anyone knows are we actually being paid by our site or is the live dealer actual issuing the payments. Or is the live dealer just providing a service and the sites are taking the risk.

I don't know the answer but I imagine the casino takes the majority of the risk and they pay the provider for running the games. Probably similar to the line creators giving the odds to the sportsbooks. I'm sure it's more cost effective and more efficient for them to just tap into an existing service rather than start something from scratch. It doesn't create much variety though when the same games are on every site. I've logged on and played at the same table from 2 different sites.
