2 football seasons ago 2019, they paid Jim Fiest to do a full back page ad PUSHING them on a football magazine... One crook understands another.

I don’t understand how it’s possible for two people to be on the site at the same time?

How so? At this very moment, I'm logged into my Wells Fargo (huge USA retail bank) bank account both on my laptop and my iphone web browser. It also works this way for every sportsbook I can think of. Very few websites do automatic log off for logins on more than one device.

He is either trying to scam them to reverse his drunken casino losses, or he has allowed his account to be compromised, or Mybookie have an internal issue.

Report it to The Better Business Bureau or a Government agency of some level. "Asking" has gotten him exactly where so far?

I keep calling them and the resolution is final. I kept asking to speak to a manager or the security team a d the supervisor said they are not available and won’t ever talk to me. She evatually hung up on me. Nothing I can do. Such crap.

I posted a complaint thru SBR. Not sure if that is going to help or not.

I guess bottom line, avoid mybookie and only use A rated sports books.

Pretty sure they will print out a BBB complaint and wipe their ass with it. And no government agency has jurisdiction over them. Well, at least any government which cares.

That's their max payout. It has more to do with your balance than your payout amount, and what they think of you as a player.

One thing is for sure. You cannot say that they pay just because you got paid. With all of the evidence out there which says they don't always pay, you're just burying your head in the sand.

Great question. I filed a complaint with SBR 9 days ago and still waiting on a response.

You have a case open and you just trashed them, potentially killing your chances of cooperation. They have very thin skin. I understand how frustrating this is, but I would stick to the facts of your case for now if I were you.
