    Alberta Canada legalized Sportbetting
I am from Alberta Canada and since first of September playalberta which is a legalized website here started providing sportsbetting.
But unfortunately the odds are not so great, their welcome bonus is just mediocre.their offer is bet 10 get 20$ free bet.Their live betting also sucks. What is good about them is just the high limits and security you will get paid.I think I will still keep playing with some trusted offshore betting sites which have more value and more markets.Cheers

Yes Play Alberta is a joke. Apparently you can only WITHDRAW YOUR WINNINGS. So if you deposit $400 and won $60 you are only allowed to withdraw $60. Even if you wager 10k worth of bets and are up that amount.

I don't see how they can stay in business longterm with such a policy. I can see making you bet the full $400 before asking for a withdrawal, but what you've mentioned is simply a nice way of saying stealing.

I didn’t know that and what happens with that 400$ for example it’s stuck?
I didn’t managed to make an withdrawal there i lost my deposit. But it sucks that they have such a stupid policy.
What else i do not like is that they advertise fake winnings at their facebook account.Like hey someone from Edmonton won 100.000$ in our online casino another guy from Lethbridge won 125.000$ It just seem like fake advertising.
We all know that online casino is programmed for you to loose.

It's probably not totally fake, but most ads seem to find a bend in the wording and even if it is real, it's not a true picture of their operations. They look at deposits as THEIR MONY FOREVER in the sportsbook. You only receive winnings from such deposits. Crazy!!! Sounds like a carnival show.

I read that as basically a 1X rollover is required, then everything left in your account is "winnings" even if you lose money. Govt just has a goofy definition of winnings. It's like if you bought a $2 proline that paid out $4 -- govt/GLCs likely considers that a $4 win when technically, you only won $2.

If I bet $800 on Alabama as an 8-1 favorite and they win; I've won $100, not $900. As an example.
