JustBet making me go through the KYC bullsh*t again

I've been betting with all the Bookmaker brand of books for over 2 decades. I went through the verification process back then, and nothing has changed--same address, phone and email. After requesting a check payout from Justbet this morning, I was declined, pending ID verification. Why? It's going to the same address since 2000. Worse, I need to renew my drivers license as they won't accept an expired one (even though the DMV is giving extensions due to covid). This is fukked up. This isn't KYC it's FYC (fukk your customer), because they definitely know who I am. It's a delay tactic to prevent me from collecting. Bullsh*t move.

One thing is good : You're getting an extension on your license expiring. I just this morning was able to finally figure out the dmv procedure for getting mine renewed.. Had to make an appointment online with another password... And the earliest date was in November!!!

I think most books do this when the license you put on file with them expires. It normally shouldn't be much of an issue, but I do agree it's shitty during COVID when our government is giving out free passes.

No other Book has ever required me to do a second ID verification, and this includes Betonline who I've been with just as long. If I moved, I'd certainly understand having to verify again, but this is an address which I have been at over 20 years---where they have sent numerous checks in the past. Now they choose to do a 2nd KYC completely out of blue when my ID is expired. A+ Book my azz!

So what SBR sponsor Books are asking you to re-verify after your license expires? Apparently this happens all the time according to you, so fukking name them--or STFU. Over 20 years at 5D (before they left), BOL, Sportsbetting, Low Vig, Bovada etc--NEVER happened there. Yet you insist this is a common occurrence. Yeah, right.

They’re just being dicks. Needless to say, I will not be depositing and playing again at justbet because I know my DL is expired there. The last time it happened to me was at Intertops sometime last year. I've seen it a bunch of other times over the years, but I don't have documentation of all these occurrences. Satisfied?

It's not that simple. I have an appt with the DMV tomorrow, hopefully I can get this resolved by next week. Done with Bookmaker/ Justbet after this. No reason to play with this full juice Book if they are looking for reasons not to pay.

They merged into the Bookmaker group a while back but kicked a bunch of players over to the Bookmaker site.

They probably keep a percentage of everything and would rather just have the squares at their site.

Not sure what goes into the decision process, but that's what I'm left with. It could be that JB was the only one funded at the time, so it was easier to close the other two.

Right. I don't think being reduced to Bookmaker is as important to them as simply reducing you down to 1 book. Which makes sense since there is essentially no difference between the 3.
