well actually is no problem here, but i dont know if i can trust betoden with that, i mean they write in politics that has to be 11% in account on betoden but what if they dont do this withrdawal when i deposit there my money ?
Alright, i have 1800 euro to withdrawal ( frozen becouse i dont have 11% from these 1800 euro in account on betoden ), i have 51 euro in betoden account and i have to put there 130 euro to do this withdrawal, so they can take these 180 euro and do w withdrawal... But question is did they actually gonna do this withdrawal? Im from poland if its important and again sorry for my english...
That's why i asking here if anyone used or using betoden? It will be my first withdrawal

No. I'm asking why you have to deposit more money. Why can't they just take 11% from what you already have in there? Is it due to minimum withdrawal requirement or something?

no, (minimum is 50 euro) They write it that 11% has to be on account, they dont took these 11% from withrawal excatly, they take it from account... I asked for this but they said that they cant do that or something like that... And like i said they write it on politycs of betoden... So im just asking is anyone using betoden...

So you only have $50 in your account. Is that the issue?

If you have at least $50 + 11% more in your account, then I wouldn't believe them. Of course they can take the 11% out of your account if they want to. That sounds like the Nigerian prince scam. "Send us money so we can send you money. Promise." This is why I'm trying to understand the issue here.

Why would you risk another 11%, they are scam site 100%, asking for more deposits is pure scam alert.

Can you change your withdraw amount to a lower amount, that will leave you with 11% free?

I would not trust this idea even if they do have it written in their site policies.

This is exactly what I was asking. Thanks for wording it in a different way that hopefully OP understands this time. There is no reason that the 11% fee shouldn't come out of funds that are already deposited. If they don't allow this, then huge red flag.
