Has anybody had an issue with bets being resettled/unsettled but never being refunded? I placed two winning bets that were later cancelled and "unsettled" meaning the entire payout including my initial bet was removed from the account, but the refund was never made, meaning they literally stole my original bets. It's been two weeks now and support has been useless. They owe me over $5000 on these two bets.
