They even sent me an email on July 2nd saying they had approved my 3 documents (photos).

But why do you want to ring them?

This stuff is required by US licensed sportsbooks. May as well just do it again if being asked to. It happens all the time in all mainstream jurisdictions.

On July 3rd, I finally got my 3 photos approved and my account unlocked. Had only been there a couple of days. The first month I lost $200. Now the second month, I'm up $400....So all of a sudden my documents disappear. This is a US lisc. place. I closed my account and was told they send checks out the first week of the month. I previously even made a phone call and got someone that said "yes my photos were approved and then came an email stating the same thing! I went through a lot of trouble getting help to get the photos JUST RIGHT. No more with them. But I wanted to sound off to a human!

You could try calling Va's Lottery’s Gaming Licensing and Investigation Division at 804-692-7165 or gaminglicensing@valottery.com and asking if they think it is ok for MGM to act this way.

Best way to see changes happen is to ask questions like this.

Not MGM, My issue is with Bet Rivers.
Actually, I got a very quick payout at MGM with 0 hassle..But did not redeposit with them as so very must negative news was written by posters at SBR. So I figured maybe dodged a bullet.
