So this morning I put in a live play baseball bet on the KBO game with Lotte and KT. It was graded as a loss despite the game only going 7 innings:

I messaged them after the game was called and was marked a loser. I sent them their rule:

the guy I chatted with in the morning said it would be fixed. 12 hours later I was complaining and here is what I got:

Hello Bradley, We resent to the Live Team however it appears the game was set to 7 innings. Regards, The BetOnline Team.

Obviously the game was not "set to 7 innings" so I sent back my response with links and reciepts showing their own rule from their own website link.

On chat again they said it was 7 innings so it was a complete game and I sent them the rule again and they said the ruling was final on my live play.

If they are willing to lie and deceive over a $200 bet, imagine what they will do to someone who plays 4 figures or more per game.... BE VERY CAREFUL!

BOL is an excellent book, but all books make mistakes. If the rules are on your side, then I'm sure you'll be compensated eventually.

I'm guessing the problem here is that they have different rules for live wagering because it's a completely different provider offering up the lines. We've seen this issue pop up here before.

Sorry,I tried to delete the other. It was originally to laugh at it because they told me it was a mistake that would be fixed. Now they came back 12 hours later and told me it was final decision. I have never had this issue before and am stupefied but maybe that’s the way they do business now.

The problem with a big book like BOL is they hire terrible front line CS reps. You just need to get past the initial moron and you should get this fixed. For a couple hundred bucks I don't know if it's worth the hassle.
I'm certain BOL isn't intentionally trying to steal from you. You don't try and steal $200 from someone when you already have a money printing machine.

Not familiar with Korean baseball, can someone else who is please confirm if this game had been reduced to 7 innings officially, or was simply rained out and ended early as the OP says?
