I have not had any problems. They always pay within 24 hrs. Looking at my transaction history for past 2 months I did nine withdrawals for close to 10k total without any issues.

They have been alright but dont take a bonus $999 or more. You win you will be screwed with their rules

Just no. If you take a bonus, thy will limit you so that you can never hit your rollover.

If it's like your 8th or 10th book, then sure why not? But be aware that they play a lot of clown-ish games. There are much better books out there.

This is true. Their rules are the most convoluted in the business. Frustrating shop.

Don't play there. Don't even think about playing there. All bonuses are designed to
prevent a cashout. Cashing out is a complete hassle. I closed my account last year
and don't miss it one bit

It's possible to play without strings attached. I admit that they aren't the straightest book in the world (and I said as much upthread), but you can play without a bonus to eliminate that risk from the equation. That's what I do. There is a list of books I play at and will never accept a bonus from because of the stories.

I can't get bonuses there anymore but curious why you say don't take more than $999?
Do they have different rules for bigger bonuses?

They pay super quick, within a few hours but they limit quick. I am down to $250 max on everything.

I deposited with them a while ago. I stopped playing there because they reduced my bet limits to $50 while trying to clear a large roll over of more than $75,000. After I completed the roll over they said I had to bet another 1x roll over before withdrawing. Road block after road block.

Tiny my ass... I wish all books would pay out like them. received multiple payouts For several $1000 for the past 2 years never a single glitch or issue. Their lines and formats/platforms have been erratic to say the least but one thing they do is pay out. I had no problems completing the rollovers when I took their very generous bonuses. Sometimes I lost sometimes I won but they always paid me usually within the same day. The Max payout is 5K per week which is perfectly fine for me it's not like I have millions in there.

I know the bonus structure is weird i barely play here anymore . After you finish the bonus and they put it into your real cash they want you to roll it over 1xs again after you already did it in the bonus section. Also be careful apparently if you have in your bonus section a longshot and hit there are rules that make the rollover worse . It just was confusing. Although i hear they do play i did cash out a couple $1000 from them way back

there is a thread here somewhere that discusses their bonus/ro structure when it changed and I recall it being very confusing and nearly impossible to complete. Glad I checked in because I forgot about that and was considering their 123 cash deal. I'll see if I can find the old thread

I think it works like this, if I remember correctly:
* Play through your bonus balance 1X.
* Whatever your bonus balance is after that 1X play through (bonus + winnings), that's what you have to rollover however many times per the bonus terms.

No it goes like this.
If you take a bonus $1000 or more only $100 of each wager no matter how much you bet on a game goes towards the rollover.
So if you bet $500 a game for example only $100 of it is going towards the rollover.
Just have to make the bonus less then $1000

I did not know that.
Okay, but that's on top of what I explained above, correct? My past bonuses definitely followed that pattern.

Complete BS, you clown. There is no reason whatsoever to play there w/o a bonus. And if you accept a bonus, what exactly are their terms? I'm not sure DSI even knows. The bonus system is designed to be confusing and to to delay your withdrawal, even if you complete the confusing terms. DSI is a shit outfit that should be avoided IMO.
