They do pay. My account was limited to 1 e stakes a few months ago after contacting their live chat to notify them that a promised free bet was not automatically credited.

What I learned from that is: if they offer a bonus or free bet, and for some reason it's not automatically credited, don't say anything. Just forget about it. They might limit your account if you "inconvenience" them with questions like that.

But they always paid, no problems.
