I took a max btc payout Tuesday and got it Wednesday. May want to check with support to see if something happened. Longest I've ever had to wait is 3 days and that was months ago. Pretty much within 24 hours for me over the last few months.

Someone was complaining about longer than normal payout timeframe with them last week, but they were eventually paid. Monday is a long time. I'd contact them.
