I do have a theory though…

I think it took them longer than expected to do their stupid updates, and they’re getting a ton of feedback from people saying they’re gonna withdraw all their money as soon as they come back up. I’m thinking they’re good to go, but they’re gonna come back up as soon as the payout window for today (Friday) has closed. And they don’t process payouts over the weekend, they don’t even give you the option to put an order in, so that’ll let people cool off and get back to business.

I’m hoping it’s as simple as that at this point

Aren't there supposed to be higher-ups that work for SBR that are supposed to be trying to figure this out for us? I know BM posted they would be having maintenance for a while, but the delays and lack of updates are EXTREMELY worrisome. I always see those Mods like Opti or whoever acting like god's gift to these books and preaching to all of us about their connections and knowledge of the inner working of these operations, yet when shit like this goes down it's total crickets from them except for the "They've been around forever and will be back" line. But the truth is, these fukking guys don't have any more ideas about what is going on than we do. They just love the fact that we suckle at their teats for information. I'm fukking pissed off too, not for the site being down, but the lack of transparency about it. FUKKED UP big time

I'm a bit reticent to give out the books I use because I don't want to come across as a shill.

If you study the Sportsbook & Industry subforum and learn to separate the degen trolls from the real players, you'll see a common denominator.

I also have Vegas books I use. There's been some good threads on that subject, again in this subforum.

Just keep in mind every book has its good and bad. For example, I have not experienced payout issues with Heritage. However, their older site was much more easier to navigate. Furthermore, they'll limit you quickly. It's just a trickle in my overall income stream.

And if that's not bad enough, there have been discussions about automatically giving people a 10% bonus - which requires multiple roll overs - without asking them. There's been a thread about that here as well. You can go to the triple horizontal bars at the upper left hand corner (next to the clock) -> go to "My Account" -> "Preferences -> and uncheck "Apply all eligible deposit bonuses..."

But still watch out for that dirty back-alley trick from Heritage just to make sure.

Once you have several outs, you can either put equal amounts in each book, or use a percentage-based method based on your level of trust. This is entirely up to you.

And always be sure to keep a certain percentage of your sports betting bankroll as cash. Liquidity is always a good idea.

Yeah, I'm not worried. We see this time and time again. Offshore sportsbooks simply don't invest much into their IT operations. Whenever they attempt a major upgrade or have some sort of IT problem, it always takes much longer than it should.

I went to cashout page just to see and mine was down too. I went to live chat to ask why and the agent was a straight up passive aggressive azzhole. I didn't even ask about the delay, only asked why cashout wasn't available to me and got immediately defensive saying that the maintenance caused back ups w/ customer service yadda yadda. I said that's cool, but I don't care about that nor did I ask about that and I only wanted to know about my damn payout. He said he had to end the chat because of my language and ended the chat right then. I used the word DAMN. Not God Damn, not you fukking damn POS----no, just "Damn". I think they're going to have a very long night there.
