Checked the account again this morning and it still didn't credit for all the live bets. I asked their support and they reiterated that live bets don't count anymore.

I spoke with management, and they literally just changed this as of Friday at midnight. "System glitch" for over a decade. Site has gone to shit....(when it even loads correctly that is)

One thing that has seemed to negatively change with the software is the following. Before the upgrade, I would automatically get logged out after some amount of minutes, if I wanted to bet I simply logged back in and bet. Now I stay logged in, except that if enough time has passed it fails when I try to bet, I then have to log out and log in and then bet.

I've noticed this as well. The website gives the appearance that you are logged in when in fact you've been logged out.

Those who are making last-minute wagers should be aware of this.

Overall, not much of an upgrade. Amazing how some companies fail to understand that different does NOT equal better.

My earlier advice stands: do not put your all your bankroll here; keep several outs.

Judge you gotta check your balance, if you refresh and it disappears that’s the sign and you gotta log out and log in. I mean you kinda know about when you’d be logged out anyway so it’s not a huge thing to get used to

Still a pain. Especially now with the Olympics, it takes a few minutes to find the event, then you have to start all over.
