I used to love this book, but they've been doing some questionable things lately. Here's the latest screw job by Bovada. So I made a deposit yesterday, made a few bets, and went and played in the casino for a little bit. Mind you, I DIDN'T win in the casino, I think I was down like $20-30. Anyways, today, I went into my account and made a couple bets on the All Star Game to make this barn burner a little more interesting. While watching the game, I logged back in and was looking at my account. I noticed there was a $25 free play added to my account. Then I saw a message in my mailbox about the $25 free play. They added this free play because there was some sort of glitch with their system yesterday. The message states "We are contacting you to follow-up with an issue that had affected your Casino play today. A game which you attempted to engage with may have become stuck and preventing your access and play." No game froze up on me, but that's besides the point. Anyways, after looking closer into the bonus, you have to play $500 in the casino to clear this $25 bonus. I swear this is just a ploy to make you have to play the casino! We all know, there is not a chance in hell you can play $500 in a casino off of $25. I don't even care about the money at this point. I'm done with Bovada. I just don't understand how they're going to add $25 to my account for some BS glitch on THEIR part and say that I have to play $500 in the casino in order to clear the $25 for their mistake. How is that even fair?
