Heritage Btc withdrawal

anyone familiar with this method at Heritage? I'm trying to get payout but the blockchain wallet address isn't working with Heritage so is there another wallet that I should use for Heritage? Every other book I deal with I've never had this problem until today.

Heritage says something along "p2sh" or whatever that means?

You're probably trying to use a native segwit address (starts with a bc). Use a segwit address (starts with a 3) and you should be fine.

if you space after the last BTC letter it should accept it. The system for some reason is very picky at times also use Chrome. But many times I just enter space and then it accepts the address so copy and paste the btc addres then hit space
