SportsandCasino.com - No payout for over 6 weeks even though account is verified.
    Hi,

I am giving a warning to people not to use sportsandcasino.com

My account was verified on 20th May:

    Hello Joseph,
    Thank you for your email.
Your documents have been received, reviewed and approved now.

I have not received a payout of $1100 for 6 weeks and continued response by email they say:

We do not provided a specific date until one is provided to us by our third party processor. Once we receive that information, you will be notified via email that your payout is being sent to you.

    And

Due to recent updates to our system, we are
currently experiencing delays with all outgoing payments. We apologize for
the inconvenience caused. As a result, your withdrawal is taking longer to
be completed than usual. Rest assured that our accounting department is
actively working to process all pending payments in a timely fashion.

    And

Your payout is being processed. As soon as it is ready to be sent you will be notified immediately via email.

Continued efforts over the last 6 weeks have just resulted in them stalling payout.

    Do not use them.

LOL. That's pretty much exactly what TopBet tells people. My guess is that - much like TopBet - they don't intend to pay and will continue giving you "my dog ate my homework" type excuses.

The idea that a paying client (the sportsbook) would be a slave to the third party service provider is asinine. in any real business relationship, the 3rd party would obviously be held to service level agreements in a contract (e.g. "must process payment within X hours of receipt").
