As You see Pinup requests single document , checks it a few weeks, and ask another. My account is already verified 3 months, email adress doesnt respond for my messages. Due their rules they should verify my account within 28 days.Last note from Pin-up was : "Please note that documents during additional verification can be considered within 5 working days from the date of their receipt, excluding weekends and holidays". It was was over 2 weeks ago.I found at network 2 other issuses with the same problem with Pin-up from this year (600 euro & 1200 euro)

The additional verification is very annoying and a sketchy business practice for sure, but they do pay in the end. I have withdrawn a lot on their site without additional problems. During the verification process, I always waited a week after submitting a new document and then contacted the live chat daily to receive a new response from them. The verification took between 1-2 months this way. Other than that, I'm satisfied with them.Comment -

At end of last year customers wrote about 2-4 weeks verification. In the meantime, unfortunately, much has changed for the worse. A man with 1200 euro balance wrote that He is under verification 4 months. 4 months to check a few documents ? It is already scam practicies.Originally posted by Duo42
