I deposited via card on totally 700 euros ; I made some bets during the following days whichresulted in total winings of 2,521.58 euros. I didn't use bonus. I followed all the rules.
I requested two withdrawal as 700 euros and 1300 euros on 06.06.2021 to card. The company asked for some additional documents which were duly and timely provided. The company verified my account and approved all my documents in 2 days. Then they made me wait for 3 days. They confirmed 700 euros. They cancelled 1300 euros. Since that day I tried to withdrawal 10 times so they cancelled all of them. The withdrawal is pending up to date ( being two weeks). I was constantly in contact with the supportteam however they stopped replying.
On a separate note, on 11.06.2021 I ve received a request from the company to change thewithdrawal method as the Banktransfer (which will be manual) however the status is still pending. Thoughfollowing all the instrustions and above received from the company so far the transfer of earningswas not made by the company (being 1,821.58 euro).They're distracting me.
They make me feel stupid. They said they had a problem with their payment provider for 2 weeks. Then they told me that it would be canceled again and that they would send it manually by bank transfer on 12 June. On June 14th, they canceled my withdrawal request again and they say that they will send it by bank transfer on an unspecified date.I have all screenshots.I see no other option but to submit the current complaint. I reported them to MGA and MADRE. I haven't received a response yet.
