Interesting. I had no idea some bettors got away with not verifying ID for payouts at Heritage. I saw they had a place to upload ID so I just uploaded it because I didn't want any hassle.

I realize that you can do this. The issue is that many people don't even realize that they're getting dinged with a bonus + rollover until later when they request a payout. Also, I did turn this off a long time ago, and recently it somehow became reset on my account. So I've been surprised by this twice over the lifetime of my account.

Bonuses should be explicitly communicated to and accepted by the player if they are going to come with any strings attached. I don't see how this is even debatable.

I went to cashout the other day and had the same thing. My payout was canceled. They verified very fast but not fast enough for me to not blow my whole roll playing in the casino. It actually worked out tho. I redeposited, hit some mlb and ran up the rest way higher than I woulda cashed out
