But they "allow " u to redeposit to clear the bonus. In other words, ur cash is hostage. Lose ur deposit cash too fukin bad, , ur still bound to clear the rollover.Comment -
Try email instead of live chat and you may get someone more senior.
pretty sure their rules are the same as most re bonus rollovers. If you lose it all, your rollover is zeroed.
Did they give you any reason yours was not zeroed?
