I deposited with a amex for there 100% bonus. The only thing I had to send in was the selfie with my license. I think it is because they credit back your credit card with the original deposit and they send you the winnings how ever you like. I got my winnings paid in bitcoin in a day or two. I still have not received my credit back to my card though and its been about 40 days they say there time frame is 30 business days so let me know how long it takes for yours to get credited back.

I believe they require a selfie with ID picture regardless. Pretty sure they communicated that to me when I signed up, and there is definitely a place to do it on the site.

40 days is too long for a pay to card or card payment reversal.

It's variable but in my experience about half that time is the maximum it usually takes.

Thanks for the responses. 40 days seems way too long to me. Of course I just need to speak to an agent anyways. Just wanted an idea on what to expect.

Thanks Optional. They originally told me 5-20 days, after 20 days I contacted them and they said for amex its 30 days so after 30 days I contacted them and they said 30 business days and to be fair 30 business days will be Monday. So I'll see what happens next week.

Just an update. This has not been resolved. Seems like the burden of proof is on me to prove I haven't been paid. I sent in the statements and supposedly the managers have been looking at it.

Update. They put the money back into my acct that was supposed to be refunded back to my card and I withdrew it with crypto. They gave no explanation of what happened but I did get paid.

Have you ever made a bitcoin deposit at Betnow in the past?

Are you saying they refunded the card, then sent you the remaining in BTC but you have only deposited by card at that shop?

Normally books haven't been paying in BTC unless you have deposited BTC in the past there.

This was my first and only deposit with them. When I got a payout I was told they credited back the card first then you withdraw the rest crypto (Totally normal I actually like this) I put in a request for the two payments received the crypto, never got the refund to the card. I don't think it was intentional, I think it was an error, but it took to long to take care of imo.

They are a good book for baseball and I will use them again just not with my card.
