FanDuel "Terms of Service"?

Before I could click into my account , there was a box that said (We've updated our terms of service) There was no place that I saw which stated what they were. Just a Box to check "Agree". Does anyone know what it might be? I thought P a y p a l was the only company that did that. They send emails saying that on a certain date changes of service will take place that might affect me.....

It says they have no been updated since October 2020 here: https://www.fanduel.com/terms

That's nutty. In October 2020, they were not even legal in Virginia. I click on your link and stopped reading when it listed the states where legal and Virginia (my state) was not even listed.

So much for an "Update". Draftkings is much better experience.
