So, run up quite a balance there, took a bonus earlier. Fortunately lost the bonus portion but won where it matters, the cash balance so I dont have to deal with that conversion crap. I asked for my rollover remaining out of curiosity, and heavy MLB action thought may be done....
Seems have ways to go, but the issue is when I asked if pending play on Pirates/Rockies game has been counted on Saturday. To my disbelief, the rep said the game WILL NOT COUNT. Why, because I placed 2 BETS on the Pirates. Not opposite teams mind you. Same team, I took twice, so instead of counting both as ANY book in the universe would count, they are counting NONE of them. This is a new low, never heard of something so absurd and let them know about it, yet to hear back.

That's so absurd that I suspect you might have someone who doesn't know what they're talking about. But then again, it is DSI, so who knows.

BTW - You should be able to track your rollover progress on your own. They're one of the few books who have this. Go to payouts in cashier. If you have a rollover, it won't let you request a payout and will show you the remaining balance. You can use this to experiment with which wagers count / don't count and for how much.

distroya...big FYI you can check your remaining rollover on a cash only balance by clicking to request a payout during the payout hours. It will then take you to a screen that shows how much roll you have left, much more convenient than dealing with their awful CS.

If you complete the rollover and they do let you cashout, find another book.

More rollover shenanigans from your good friends at DSI. Since splitting from BM, they have been a disgrace.

DSI is a very small book now and not greatly funded anymore

Yeah I used their numbers to keep track of rollover, when they showed I was done I asked for a w/d about a week or two later.

Even doing that they came up with some more rollover requirements, produced out of thin air.

If you get through all the games and get your money move the hell on.

Bookmaker also keeps track for you but they are spot on and very fair, counting what should be counted and for the right amount.

At DSI I would track it very closely.

If MB is your standard of where to play, then you should quit betting offshore.
