I contacted customer service and they said they are working on the problem. They have no idea when it will be working again. I asked if the problem would be resolved in a couple of hours or even a couple of days and I was told they don't know. I asked if I could make a withdrawal via BITCOIN and I was told that's not an option right now. Hopefully the site will be back up in the next couple of hours.

Not excusing them, but i cant remember any site having bitcoin withdrawals available while they are down

It's back up now. Curious why the customer service agent sounded like it could possibly take days. Hopefully they have corrected the issues and we are good to go.

I heard they were updating cashier. I thought that meant more crypto options, but I guess not.
