For me, I'm interested in grabbing all the bonuses, but after that I'll probably head back offshore.

My main concern here is that they may ban Canadians from offshore accounts in order to maximize profits for the companies/governments providing the service in Canada. I'm hoping they open up the service to companies who provide bonuses/perks etc, rather than governments/provincial lotteries whose odds are abysmal.

The advantage Canadian gamblers have is that the legislation is federal and not state by state like in America so there shouldn't be any geo-restrictions of specific areas. What goes in Newfoundland goes In British Columbia and everywhere in between.

I have given the OLG righteous shit about their odds. Their stance is " we are a charity and we can post whatever odds we choose as we have no competition. A $100 payout on a Proline ticket would easily garner a $170 payout anywhere else.

Canadian healthcare is fine. Its not perfect and there are issues for sure but the issues are mainly due to the fact that 100% of the Canadian population is eligible for medical treatment at no out of pocket expense. What percentage of Americans have no coverage? Its much more than in Canada where 0% of citizens are ineligible.

Is there better care in the US? For some people absolutely, if you're well off you can buy the best and not have to wait. The rich never suffer anyways.

The main reason I know the Canadian healthcare system works and works well is because there is no debate in Canada about cancelling publicly funded healthcare, nobody here wants to switch to a US style system that excludes a massive amount of people. Publicly/government funded healthcare is an issue in the US, not at all an issue in Canada, or Australia, or Italy, or France or Japan, or any other 1st world nation.

Here in B.C. we have something similar to Proline known as Sportsaction. Odds are also terrible, but the advantage was lines would never change, giving the player some advantages if there was a huge line move. Years ago they put out lines for a week ahead of time, but recently they only put out daily, and have often been removing games from the menu if odds shifted.

Sorry but that view point is rather limited. You ignore the fact that the benefit of soft lines far outweigh the downside of the high vig. Rather than complaining to them about the high vig should be grabbing the easy cash.
