Again here everything in "old mode" .

That 4 hours, it worked on my pc with no interruption - I do not understand, how it had happened...

Maybe they (Pinnacle technicians) were doing something (trying to set longer time) and I luckily "got the wave"

.

But now, again back - BAD.

For those who use the Future view probably good news.

They informed me yesterday it should be fixed.

But I am using the Asian view - not fixed yet, they are still working on it.

I cannot use the Future view, I do not like it, at all.

For my style of betting, the Asian is the best what Pinnacle can offer.

Even after 14 days of " fixing" (I do not believe they really are doing on it) same for Asian view.

They only always (once I email them) apologize and recommend (untill the Asian view will be ok)

to use the Future view.

No, I do not like it, at all (the Future).

The Asian view is the best for my style of betting.

So only to believe , one day, they will fix it finally.

Being on Pinnacle 12 hours every day I must 24 times re-log in, 24 times setting tournaments (leagues) I would like to

see (my choice).

We should email them everyday. I am going to send another one in few minutes...

One day they will fix it I believe. It was some 2-3 years ago, the button "accept cookies" did not work.

When I clicked on it - nothing happened and it stayed there all the time.

They fixed it that time, but took also some 2-3 weeks.

So please will you email them again, too ? Thank you.

They won't make me believe that it takes several weeks to adjust the connection timeout. It would only take a push of a button to fix the problem. I think they prefer to promote their future view which is not very successful ...

I don't like the future view either. With beta view, the worst part is that it takes several minutes to get a new connection. What a hell !

You may ask, what is "huge", ok, thousands of USD/EUR/GBP, not hundreds.

Not cancelling bets when you place a little bit higher odds, for example 1.42 instead of 1.4 fair.

Well, I suppose there are "plenty" of such bookies fulfilling that conditions ?

I doubt no one. Either other (no that 1st set completed) rules, or limits so small = waisting time.

So, will you recommend one, please ?

Being at Pinnacle (since they were Planet Pinnacle, thru Pinnacle sports...till now) some 17 years (or so),

have you (anyone of you) been at any other bookmaker for so long time ?

I think PIN logging me out literally every flat 10 min. Doesn't matter which view I use, and also doesn't matter if I am active on the site. I might be just placing a bet and before I confirm, or input the stake, i am logged out. Very annoying.

Not joking, OK might be 15 minutes, but sometimes feels more like 5min, It has nothing to do with being inactive. And for sure is not 30min.

EDIT I am using www.pinnacle.bet if it matters, and I have this problem in say last month or so, before was OK

OK. Strange...You are the first customer reporting so short time. Previously, 2-3 previous years (or so), " the idle time "

was exactly 3 hours. Also not pleasant, but not as much annoying as now (30 minutes for most of users).

Well, could you send them an email, please ?

As more customers will complain as better.

This evening logging out stopped (future view), I will monitor the situation and contact them if troubles will be back.

EDIT: The problem is back, In my case probably related to some auto refresh script or opening different events in new thumbnails. Otherwise Is probably correct what others are saying about 30 min interval.

I get logged out at different times and often my current bets are hidden and there is no way to see them. Also can't seem to find a way to switch to asian view as the button is missing. Same on Firefox and chrome.

I had similar problem, could not switch to the Asian view (missing the button) some 3 weeks ago, once they changed the idle time to from 3 hours to 30 minutes.
At the same time, after logging in, appeared some new feature, a table with about 4 things to set.

On the top, there was maximum deposit limit, then session time and last two, some "loss limiting", or something like that.

Because I still could not see the way how to get to the Asian view, I've got some idea: I said myself, " you must try to set all that things, maybe this is the reason, you cannot go to the Asian view".

And really, once I set the first (deposit limit, to maximum, 999 999) - and clicked "continue"(or somehow like that), the button for Asian view suddenly appeared.

" Icon " , were you also offered to set that 4 things ? If so - try to set the first one, maybe it helps.

The session time to set - it did not work for me, was not able to set it...

So I figured out how to change views when the button is not available. If you click on the odds type and change from Decimal to US or vice versa the "Future View" button appears and then you can switch to Asian or beta.

Their last reply (date 23th, 5 days ago) to my email (btw, 4 more emails sent in the meantime - no reply).

3 weeks lasting fixing. Their priority was the Future view (I do not use it; hate it).

The Asian view is the best version of their website. I doubt it will be fixed at all.

If nobody else is sending emails to them but me, they won't hurry up.

I don't get logged out at all. I always use Beta view. Stay logged in for hours.

However, it does have an annoying reload glitch, noticable when I am looking through period lines or half time or quarters, it will suddenly refresh the page and you are back looking at full time game lines. Which seems odd since their lines are dynamic.
