What site has the most golf options (i.e. each way, top5, top10, top20) that allows U.S. players? Also maybe has top finishers (not just winners) after each round.

Bet105 (bitcoin book) has a ton of options, limits are an issue.
BAS (betanysports) has the options of 5 dimes, inlcuding 1st round winner, and top 10 20, etc.
BOL has a ton of options as well each week as well.
These sites are reliable weekly for a multitude of options. While you will see the first round leader bet, it's not often we see a 2nd or 3rd round leader bet before the tourney begins and usually even during the tourney it's only for the majors or bigger events. Not sure we ever see a 2nd or 3rd round "top 5" or "top 10" leaderboard or round bet.
