Yes. But on a don't ask don't tell basis. Use BTC, fill out the forms honestly so that when they ask for your documents things check out, and you'll have to use a VPN. It's not an entirely comfortable experience, but you can use them. If you ask their chat, though, they may well say that don't accept U.S. customers.Comment
