BETUS referral hassle

I referred a friend to BETUS through the email link system who then deposited and started wagering right away. I noticed it said they were still waiting for him to join. I contacted customer service who then told me the following. That I would not get the free wager money for the referral until both of us submitted our IDs. I said why is this the case? They said they require identification before withdraw and for referral free bet credits. I said they sure took my money without ID and gave free bet bonuses on deposits without ID. The policy makes zero sense other than to just to be a hassle so people don't get the referral money. I could understand maybe they could request my ID first, but I don't have any control over what my friend does. He might never win in order to cashout triggering him to upload his ID. This just leaves me f'd with no bonus. Say he wins and does a cashout months later so he uploads his ID. No way BETUS is keeping track and just sends me the bonus. They are a pain in the a$$. I will never refer anyone there again.

It takes less time to upload an ID then create this post. They are doing it to prevent bonus abuse. Throw your buddy $10 to upload his ID. Problem solved.

Did they say he had to give ID for you to get paid?

If they are just asking for yours, don't over think it.

Yes they said his had to also. I uploaded mine. It makes no sense for them to wait for his ID. I can't control him. It also only says the referrer has to have ID on file.

I suspect that is how it will work in the end too. A pain in ass not knowing for sure but not much use arguing with them more about it now by the sounds.

Update. I just got it after talking to a 3rd person. I didn't care about my ID and just that I did everything it says to get the bonus and then some wanted to say oh wait until your friend uploads ID. That and the link is bs it doesn't really track it. All worked out thanks guys. I was also worried for myself wondering if I messed up depositing there with a C rating.
