If this is under the same terms as most Youwager bonuses, winnings can be withdrawn once rollover is completed.

It's only the deposit + half the bonus amount that are subject to the 30 day hold.

That half of bonus deal hold is no longer offered . It’s full deposit and full bonus. Been that way for more than a year.
