i sign up awhile ago, they had the 200% cash bonus, i bought in for $200 and pump it up to $9900, i try to cash out a month ago and its still pending, i went to chat every week to ask about the withdraw, they said they have no info because it has to go through a process or department, and i told them that the process is about 1 month now. feel like they trying to stall time so i can bet it and lose it all back. anyone have any experience with them? please help
