BetJOE and all the other books of the Galaxy Group Ltd are pure scam
When I requested my first withdrawal on 08/21/2020, they closed my account and told me that my "account is being reviewed." The review process would take "anywhere from 5-10 business days to be completed." Four weeks later, on 09/18/2020 (it was a Friday), they told me they would "have an update" for me "on Monday". No update on Monday. Another week later, on 09/25/2020 they sent me this email:
So they confiscated all of my winnings in the amount of €3,502.83 and set a deadline of 72 hours to withdraw my remaining funds. I decided to withdraw the remaining funds first, then try to learn the reason for the confiscation. The withdrawal was pending for a few weeks before it was cancelled.
In the meantime, I got in touch with SBR’s complaint team. Optional managed to reach out to a manager of BetJOE who contacted me on 10/13/2020. A manager called Tony asked me for additional documents which I submitted.
Another week went by, when he told me that he will have "news" for me "by the end of the week". The week ended without any news.Another week later he told me that he would only refund my last deposit. I asked him why but he didn’t reply. So I withdrew the remaining €600 on Nov 2 and had to wait another 5 days until I finally received the money.
To sum it up:
1. They confiscated 100% of my winnings.
2. They kept all of my deposits except the last one.
3. They didn't give me a reasonable explanation except some generic phrases like "suspicious betting patterns".
4. They didn't have a problem with my action in the first three months (Jan+Feb+Mar) when I lost all of my deposits. But when I managed to gain some winnings half a year later (Jul+Aug), they kept all of the winnings. So I wonder: Why was BetJOE fine with my so-called "betting pattern" when I was losing? Why did they even keep the deposits? Why was it not okay when I was winning?
