I tried to place a wager on PHI ML live @ 1.19, but Pinnacle gave me Dallas ML @ 5.04 instead?!

Agreed! Except it would have given me 26k on Dallas!

I notice you use interac e transfer instead of e-wallet for withdrawals. is it better?

My Canadian bank offers free Interac eTransfers so I always use it for deposits/withdrawals when available. I'm considering getting an e-wallet for Bet365 deposits, though, as my credit card charges me $5 per transaction.
