Log in and it pops up that they updated T&C and then the screen goes blank.
Is it just me?

Up and running as always. I'm having this blank screen sometimes, but it works fine after a refresh.

Thanks guys.
Still have the issue here.
Same issue on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on my desktop.
Same issue on my mobile Chrome and Safari (sometimes have to log in with a captcha, which is wierd, then the same problem).
Seems to rule out cache or cookies as the problem.
I was looking at lines there when this started earlier this afternoon.
With the Pinnacle Lite app on mobile I could log in and then it would freeze.
Just sent them an email.

Pinny support said they have no issues reported, asked me for info, screenshots, now they sent it to the appropriate department, say they will get back to me if they hear more.
I've tried everything now, laptop dual boot both windows and linux with chrome on both, and ms edge on windows, both browsers on my desktop, Chome and Safari on my phone. All same issue.
I clear catche and cookies etc and then the main page log in loads, enter my password and a friggin CAPTCHA pops up and once I do that and hit log in again that message pops up again about updated T&C and the screen goes blank. If I refresh the screen pops up briefly, looks like I'm logged in, pop up message and blanks again.
There was no captcha before today! Must have something to do with it.
Only good news so far is the pinnacle lite app didn't freeze up last time I tried it. The app sucks though.

All betting unavailable
Due to a technical issue we cannot accept bets at this time. We are working to restore this functionality and we thank you for your patience.

I am still have same issue, everything vanishes as soon as I log in, on all 3 devices, and even downloaded firefox and tried that!
My work around is to check out the lines on desktop without logging in. Crappy future view is only option without logging in though. I prefer BETA view. Anyway, if I want to bet something I'll log in on the Pinny Lite app.
Although I have not placed a bet on the ap yet but at least it is not going blank when I log in.

Have you tried to access the site using a different network/internet provider?

Not yet.
I could try my VPN with a Vancouver IP address.
I'm in Canada, so would that get me in trouble with Pinnacle?
EDIT: Actually, when I am on my phone it is a different network, different IP address. SO I have the same problem with various web browsers even with different IP addresses. It is still the same provider though.

I had the same issue a few days ago but it was solved when I switched to a diff network (diff provider)

Thanks.
But why would Pinnacle work fine without logging in. Only when I log in it pops up that 'our t&C have changed' notice and then immediately blanks the screen?
I'm starting to suspect Pinnacle is blocking my account specifically and intentionally.

Surely they would have told you when you asked CS if that was the case.

I was IP blocked by them once. Took a while for me to figure out what was going on, but in the end I think I asked them if I had been IP blocked and they said yes, and a couple of emails later they unblocked me and I never had this issue with them after that. This was about ten years ago.

The only difference between trying to log in on a web browser on my phone, desktoop or my laptop...
When I try to log in on my laptop, the screen does not go blank.
It pops up the 'our t&C have changed' notice, then just sits there with the little whirly gig spinning and spinning.
No new T&C pop up or anything, which is what I would expect to happen next after that message shows up...
It's interesting it does not blank the screen though on the laptop but it does on the other devices.
I am stumped.

The new Pinnnacle.bet almost worked for me.
I tried logging in at Pinnacle bet, it works briefly, but then get redirected to pinnacle.com and my screen goes blank.
3 weeks now of blank screen and getting the run around from Pinnacle support.
Discuss Sportsbook News, Disputes, Sportsbook Ratings and Feedback.
Not sure what we could do that CS can't but we can try asking our contact.
Thanks Opti.
My patience was running out and I was considering filing a complaint with SBR.
But right after I posted here today I sent in yet another email to Pinnacle telling them it's the damn pop up! And very account specific because nobody else at SBR was reporting issues!
Received the following email half hour ago:
Thank you for contacting Pinnacle's customer support. We are sorry to hear that you are still experiencing these issues. I have made a small change to your account, which I hope will help you access the website. Could you please try again and let me know? Best regards,
Customer Service Department
When I log in, the address is www1.pinnacle.bet, working fine.
From time to time having another issue, with displaying odds (LIVE betting only).
Using only Asian view.
On the betting slip showing quite different odds then it should be. For example, real odds is 1.4 (anywhere else),
but that one I see on the betting slip is 1.6 - when I click on it, to place a bet (for very small amount, rather)
it is not accepted and after this clicking is showed the fair odds (around that 1.4; i.e. 1.39 till 1.41).
Even clearing cache and cookies does not help.
As it sometimes appears, same way it disappears after a while...
But it is not pleasant...to see different odds than they really offer.
Sorry for a little bit "off" post ...but still it is Pinnacle...
My log in issue with Pinnacle was fixed long ago.
However, the odds issue is the reason I only use Beta version now.
When I tried using future view, I would click the event listed, the same odds would show on the bet slip, enter bet and when the confirmation screen came up the odds would be completely different, and not just from a line change, but huge variances. I just clicked through a couple times, very annoying.
