What method if you don't mind divulging? Some take up to 5 business days and they don't include weekends in the tally. Also, check their rules as first time withdrawals can take up to 5 business days as well regardless of method. They have good livechat, so like pologq suggested above you might want to go that route...

Yes, I've contacted support several times. They just say "it's with our Security Team" and "we'll escalate".

Payouts at SIA are usually 1-2 days for me. You don’t have to worry with them, just make sure your account is “verified” if it’s not already.

Did you rollover the initial deposit? The first withdrawal I made there got sent to security and they emailed me asking why I was withdrawing after not playing once through. Likely a money laundering check. Only took a few days though.

If they are telling you it is with security, you should wait for an answer.

If one doesn't come in a reasonable time frame SBR can ask them about this for you.

Initiated a bigger withdrawal with them Friday November 27. Was expecting to be paid by now. Have been inquiring about the payment and they’re pulling the ‘we have to cancel the transfer (2-4 business days) and then set up a new transfer’ runaround BS.
