PS3838 Error code PIN9999 for the whole day !!!

What a disaster this website !!
I've been desperatly trying to use their website during all the day, but 90% of the time there were bugs, pages that don't want to load, and that error message that regularly appears: "ERROR Code PIN9999". Did you experience the same???
How possible is it?? I sent screenshots, but PS3838 doesn't do anything to improve or fix the issue ??! The worst book of the industry technically speaking, no doubt about that!

Don't they have any technical department ?? this is what they should do: a real maintenance ! I mean , they should stay in maintenance for days if needed, but then at least fix the issue once for all, that's not possible to continue like that!

now i could place some bets but during all the day a disaster with that error, giving even issues to log in etc.
They are a disgrace, they have been a year with the refreshing odds issue and they didnt fix anything so i dont hope they will do something to fix this disaster, they just say its pinnacle the problem and the one who is having "technical issues" when you contact them and thats all "they do"

then you have never use ps3838 for betting because for more than a year its giving problems showing old odds when you refresh and today horrible giving error code pin 99999 when you try to place a bet and sometimes not even let you log in or put you out when you are logged in saying you logged multiple times , wtf.
Now after 17 or 18 it started to work "ok" again ( i learned to live with showing old odds already ) lets see what tomorrow brings.

Pinnacle is really horrible, they have problems updating scores, times and odds for live betting
