Hello. Yesterday was the game LaLiga Levante - Real Sociedad. My bet was on total yellow cards UDER 4,5. In this game was 5 cards but one of cards was get to a player on the bench. 90' Postigo S.(Not on pitch, Unsportsmanlike conduct) This card cant be in total, according their ruls:

Cards issued in any of the following situations will NOT count for betting purposes:

Card issued to a player after their substitution.
Card issued to a player on the bench who has not been substituted in.
Card issued to coaching staff.
Card issued during the half time interval.
Card issued after the referee has blown for full time.

My bet on total won (not Lose). Correct score is 2-2 (Not 3-2) Bookmeker send to me letter and just screenshot where is shown 5 cards and dont wonna chek this information. Any help?

Yes, first I suggest you try an email (not live chat) and ask for a manger to review the grading.

Point out that Postigo was replaced in the 83rd minute and was not on the pitch when issued a yellow card in the 89th minute.


Every book has the same rule on this AFAIK. Very standard it should not count.

If they don't get it fixed for you, then send in a Sportsbook Complaint form and we can ask a senior manager directly to have it checked again.

thanks for reply. I tried explain it yesterdey in books live chat. No result. I sent a letter to books team wageringhelp@bookmaker.eu and got reply today that result is correct!!! Its not fair from thier side. Do I need complain now or need to wait? But wait what?

its might be because la liga official, shows the postiga yellow, without mentioning he was off pitch.

That could add to the confusion, obviously your bet is a winner tho as their own rules have you covered.
